Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased from, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

How to return items

If you ordered using a account, simply log in here, go to Account Management > Order History, and select the order you wish to return.

If you weren’t logged in when you placed your order, please follow these steps:
  • Email with your order reference number, the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
  • We will reply with an authorised returns number and details on how to send your item(s) back.
  • Please note that returns will not be accepted without an authorised returns number.
  • Valid returns are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of returned goods.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may be charged due to the nature of the items we sell.

Custom / made-to-order products (such as chain slings, wire rope slings and hoists) are non-returnable.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Can I return non-faulty items?

Yes, most items purchased from can be returned within 30 days of purchase even if they are not faulty.

Remember, returned items must be in brand new, saleable condition (i.e. unused and in their original packaging).

I’m still waiting for a refund

All refunds should be processed within 7-10 working days once we have received the returned goods. If your refund is taking longer than usual to go through, please contact us. We cannot process returns without an authorised returns number.

Refunds to PayPal may take 5-10 working days, whilst refunds to a credit or debit card can take 3-5 working days. For the purposes of this returns policy, ‘working days’ refers to Monday-Friday.
