Warranty InformationPlease read this policy in full before making a warranty claim.
If an item purchased from PalleTrucks-Trolleys.com is unsatisfactory and under warranty, you may send it to us at the following address for inspection by one of our experienced engineers:

If our inspection confirms the validity of your warranty claim, we will repair the item in question and return it to you ASAP.
If we determine that your item is not under warranty, you will instead receive a written quotation for the required repair work.
Product issues caused by general misuse / wear and tear / overloading – as opposed to genuine manufacturing defects – are not covered by warranty (see Terms). If you wish, you can arrange for products to be returned to you at your own cost. We are not responsible for arranging the collection / return of products which are not faulty / not under warranty.
Please note that PalleTrucks-Trolleys.com will not be held liable for loss of business by you as the result of a product failure.
Certain items available from PalleTrucks-Trolleys.com come with longer manufacturer’s warranties. Our guarantee is not intended to serve a substitute for any manufacturer’s warranty, but simply to give you extra peace of mind.
Remember to Request an Authorised Returns NumberIn order to make sure your warranty claim is processed smoothly, you must obtain an authorised returns number and include this on the front of the returned product. Failure to do so may mean that your warranty claim cannot be processed.
